2017 Conference - July 15-23, 2017

The nation's longest running training program in the art of song performance gives you yet another stellar faculty roster of professionals to guide you.  Award winning Broadway and cabaret stars, show business legends, American Idol coaches and the finest music directors in the business - these dynamic artists are at the top of their game and are committed to helping you to achieve your goals.

The Conference provides in-depth training to adult singers-college age on up.  Through our unique 3 tiered approach that offers a 5-day Traditional Track, 7-day Next Step Track and 8-day Professional Track,  we serve singers at every stage of their development.  The 4-day High School Sessions give the next generation of singers their own program of high level mentoring, too! No other program of its kind offers this depth of training. Click on the links above to learn about each track.

We continue our unique partnership with the St. Louis Cabaret Festival public performance series that showcases the participants of the Conference in beautiful state of the art venues in St. Louis’ Grand Center arts district.

The St. Louis Cabaret Conference continues its second year of partnership with Saint Louis University, one of the Midwest’s most esteemed institutions of higher learning.  All master classes and housing will take place on this beautiful urban campus in the heart of St. Louis within walking distance to all of the evening performances.

The 2017 SLCC offers:

  • One of the strongest faculties in the nation
  • 3 distinct learning tracks for adults ages 18 and up
  • Low student to teacher ratio for maximum individual attention
  • An industry panel of producers, agents and booking managers from around the country
  • Breakout sessions on show development, creating arrangements, career development, social media marketing and more
  • Performance opportunities as part of The St. Louis Cabaret Festival

It is my goal that the St. Louis Cabaret Conference continues as a proud leader in highly impactful song performance training for singers in the U.S, mentors the next generation of professionals, and creates a place for industry ideas and collaborations on the future of the art form. Hope to see you in 2017!
